These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the ShellPad mobile application ("the App") provided by ht2.io ("we", "us", "our"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms.
By accessing or using ShellPad, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
ShellPad is a mobile SSH/SFTP client that allows you to connect to and manage remote servers. The App provides file browsing, file editing, terminal access, saved macros, and optional cross-device sync of connection metadata.

We are not responsible for any data loss, unauthorized access, or damage resulting from your use of the App on remote systems.
The optional sync feature transmits connection metadata (not credentials) to our servers. You may disable sync and delete sync data at any time from within the App. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the sync service with reasonable notice.
The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by ht2.io and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the App without our express written permission.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ht2.io shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, loss of profits, or damage to systems, arising from your use of or inability to use the App, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via an in-app notice or update to this page. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation before pursuing any other remedy.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the App or sync service for users who violate these Terms, with or without prior notice.
